We pack and ship your orders with lots of care and speed.
All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days, and most reach you within 3–5 business days once shipped.
Delivery timelines may vary slightly for remote locations.
Please note: During sale periods or special promotions, shipping may take a little longer than usual due to a high surge in orders. We appreciate your patience, it’s always worth the wait.
If you’d like to cancel your order before it’s shipped, simply email us at orionacares@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 98895 95655. We’ll take care of it and process your refund within 24–48 hours.
Shipping is free on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a flat ₹58 charge is applicable.

If you wish to cancel your order (or a specific item in it) before it’s shipped, please reach out to us via email or WhatsApp.
Once we confirm that the order hasn’t been shipped, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 24–48 hours.
Replacement Policy
We take great care to ensure every product reaches you in perfect condition.
However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at orionacares@gmail.com or WhatsApp us within 24 hours of delivery.

Unboxing video and clear images of the product(s) received
If your request is found valid, we’ll arrange a pickup and send you a replacement as soon as we receive the returned item.
Please ensure the product and its box are unopened, and all items are returned in their original packaging, including price tags, labels, and freebies (if any).
If the replacement product is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns once an order has been delivered, unless there is an issue such as a damaged or incorrect item.
Refunds are only applicable for valid cancellations or approved replacement cases.
For COD orders, please note that the ₹58 COD charge and shipping fee (if applicable) are non-refundable.
