  • Our delivery partners aim to deliver your order at the earliest possible time
  • If there is any issue locating your address or scheduling delivery, they will contact you directly

We take special care in packaging to ensure your products arrive safely.

  • Orders are packed securely to prevent damage during transit

3. Delivery Locations

  • We currently ship across India only
  • International shipping is not available at this time

  • After dispatch, tracking details will be shared
  • You can track your order anytime from the “My Orders” section on our website

5. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location

  • Delays may occur during high-demand periods, sales, or due to unforeseen logistical issues
  • In some cases, certain products may take longer if sourced directly to ensure quality and freshness

6. Multiple Shipments

Sometimes, your order may arrive in separate packages.

  • This usually happens when items are shipped from different locations
  • You will not be charged extra shipping for multiple shipments

7. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹499
  • A nominal shipping fee may apply to orders below ₹499 (if applicable at checkout)

8. Payment Policy

  • We currently accept prepaid orders only
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available

  • Oriofer is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details or unavailability at the time of delivery
